Fulfilment Policy

  • Refund Policy:

    • We strive to deliver high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services tailored to your specific needs. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service.
    • Refunds will be issued under the following conditions only:
      • The service provided did not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
      • Errors or inaccuracies were made by our team that were not amended despite communication from your side within 7 days.
    • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for any dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control.
  • Delivery Policy:

    • Our accounting and bookkeeping services are predominantly delivered electronically or via secure online platforms (in most cases your accounting software). Upon confirmation of engagement, clients will receive access to our secure portal to upload relevant documents and information.
    • Delivery timelines for completed services will be communicated to clients during the engagement process, with adherence to agreed-upon deadlines being a top priority.
  • Return Policy:

    • As our services primarily involve the provision of intellectual and advisory expertise, returns of purchased goods are not applicable.
    • However, if there are any concerns or issues with the service delivered, we encourage clients to reach out to us promptly to address and resolve the matter to their satisfaction.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to terminate their subscription or engagement. Notice of cancellation should be submitted via email or through our client portal.
    • Upon cancellation, clients are required to settle all outstanding dues up to the cancellation date.
    • Any services provided or work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed-upon rates and must be settled in full prior to termination.
    • Failure to provide the required notice period or settle outstanding dues may result in the continuation of billing until these requirements are met.
